Founded by Chef Azmi, a culinary artist from Yemen, our journey began in Amman, Jordan, in 2011, where Chef Azmi mastered the art of authentic shawarma. What started as a deep love for Middle Eastern flavors quickly became a lifelong craft — perfected over years of working in top kitchens across the Middle East and the United States.
Bringing his passion to San Francisco, Chef Azmi set out to create a place where shawarma lovers could experience the same bold, vibrant flavors he grew up with. Every wrap, plate, and skewer is made with the freshest ingredients, carefully seasoned, and cooked to perfection — just like back home.
